Hi
My system is as above. I got a cyrus CD8X player but its not consistent and too dry for my NAIM amps. I'm wanting to try out a Unison Research CD player especially because it has a pure Class A output stage so should sound nice and warm. I play a lot of classical music and my main complaint is that strings sound too harsh and metallic, rarely do I get that lovely warm Kingway Hall walter Legge string sound I so crave ... (yeah I shoujld probably buy a very good turntable and go LP buying again ...) Any thoughts appreciated . Thanks |
