The part with the wheels rolling uphill has me a bit stumped but after
about the third view, got to wondering about the subject line...

The part with the wheels rolling uphill has me a bit stumped

Attach a weight at the top of the wheel. As it falls, it pulls the wheel
up the ramp. Very standard solution in this sort of Goldbergesque sequence.

Yeah, it's a good ad.
