Detroit Area Audio Club Meeting 1/21/06
SMWTMS is the Detroit Area's Audio Construction Society. Meetings occur on
the second or third Saturday of odd numbered months. There is a door charge
of $5. Meetings are announced in the club publication named, LC, The SMWTMS
Network.

LECTU Room Curves and Naturalness of Sound Reproduction. Everyone who
responded to the November 2005 Silly Survey said audio systems should sound
natural. But do all those members audio systems really sound natural or
even the same? David Clark said, "Speakers are not natural." What does this
all mean? David Carlstrom looks at the questions surrounding an audio system
sounding bright, natural, or distant (recessed). David Clark and Tom
Nousaine will provide counterpoint. All are asked to be prepared to
contribute to the discussion!
