![]() My sound card needs are strictly for playback. I have been using a Soundblaster Audigy and would like to upgrade. Something in the $300-$400 range (or less) that has toslink output. Most of the recommendations I read are regarding recording performance, what about playback? Which cards (or other equipment) should I be looking at? Thanks, Graham |

One exception that comes to mind is the Card Deluxe, which has an optional Toslink input/output panel. Most of the recommendations I read are regarding recording performance, what about playback? Which cards (or other equipment) should I be looking at? Most of the better soundcards have fairly symmetrical performance on the record and playback sides. |
