Correct. He's very much alive and still working. One of the funniest comedy
albums I have is one of Don RicKles live in Las Vegas. He manages to insult
virtually every ethnic group and a few religions (including his own) in his own
unique style - very funny stuff for all who have a sense of humor and don't
take themselves too seriously.

One of his more famous lines, widely reported, was that when he once saw Frank

you would find that they are personally quite cordial to each other.

Been there, done that. But, there are no rules. Furthermore, lawyers might
be quite cordial to each other face-to-face in formal surroundings, but
maybe you don't want to leave the room for fear that your ears might
metaphorically explode in flames.
