IMHO Creative Music Synth [220] is the best MIDI synth.


Ignoring the issue of whether the above is true and this message is a
troll (it's posted to many newsgroups), Creative still has synthetic
MIDI on the Audigy cards. There is a good chance it sounds the same as
the SB16 ISA so if your card dies, just get another Creative product.
