I recently acquired an older Allen & Heath GS3, and it has a
couple of minor problems (missing a couple of fader "knobs", an
LED out here'n'there), so I wrote the Allen & Heath USA service
rep. He told me, "Nope. Too old; no parts. Please call us if
we can help you with anything else!", like he'd actually helped
me with THIS problem. Crap.
Does anyone know where I might find parts for this machine?

What make are the faders and what is their fascia length/width? I have some
old P&G slider knobs.
You'll find LEDs at most electronic component stockists. Make a note of the
diameter/size in mm.

AFAIK the knobs and led units are pretty interchangable throughout the
A&H line
I have mixed on lots of A&H products(though no GS) and they all had the
same knobs and displays

I'll have to get back to you after the weekend; that's when I
have time set aside to work on it. You know, job, family, band,
all that. I have as of yet to go through and catalog all the
problems it may have, so I'll have a bunch of specific whines

I thought so as well. It's possible that their American rep
(who does many other lines besides A&H) simply looked up parts
for THAT board only, and may not have had the knowledge of parts
co-existing on other models. He did say he was going to try and
drum up some that fit. I told him if he could get me eight of a
different style that would fit the faders, then I would replace
all the group faders with that different style, which kind of
makes sense.
We'll see; I'm going to go through it as meticulously as
possible this weekend, and see exactly what I'm gonna need to do,
then we'll see if this American guy can help.
