User manual for an ADU-24 delay unit?

Hello,

I've got an ADU-24 unit here that appears to be completely locked up. I
can't change a setting to save my life. If anyone knows any tricks for
jumpstarting this guy back to life or has an actual user manual I would
really appreciate getting a look at it.
