On April 4, I received my registration acknowledgement and
authorization keys from Native Instruments. Since then, I've been unable to raise anyone there....can't log in, no response to emails, etc. Anyone else experiencing similar problems? |

No problems here, can log in etc. The mail response of NI is known to be 'slow'. Better question in the user forum. Or do you have to log in? Maybe send a mail to one of the moderators of a forum. Hi again, It seems that in the refurbished website people have troubles to login, because first time there is a default username. When you start typing or typing over the default, sometimes there are characters left of the default! Because it's a tiny field this is not always visible. So you cannot login. Hope it helps, Henk |
