Software for Denon CD

We just bought a Denon DRD-1400 CD changer without the software CD that
shipped with the unit.

Is the software downloadable anywhere? Can anyone make me a copy?

Denon's website is so bad that I can't even find the part number. Every Denon
dealer I've contacted tells me to contact Denon directly. Denon says I can
buy parts only through authorized dealers. This is crazy.
