protools le windows xp home has been running soilid
but not i dont hear the servos on the rack at start up and the soft ware
does not see the digi oo2 it says that its not connected however the fire
wire is lit at both ends ant thoughts

there are known and documented issues with the power supply ribbon cables on
these - I've replaced mine twice and also had Digi send me another entire
unit . . . call them, they are very responsive and are aware of this issue.

MIne stopped clicking and the problem was the internal power cable. They sent
me a new cable. It was a minor knuckle buster to replace the old one and I
had to call them to make sure I wasn't going to rip the socket right off the
circuit board. I didn't. The cable swap has worked so far.
