Can't afford a sunfire subwoofer so I'm looking over the 1,000,000
different models velodyne makes. At the $500 or less price point any
pointers someone could offer. The sub would be for hifi not home
theater and I'm using a pair of Green Mountain Audio Europa's. I'll
spend up to $800 if the difference is that big but I'm thinking unless
you have 4 cu. ft. when you are using a small box with a long throw
woofer aren't all the transients already in trouble. i.e. Can these
self powered subs EVEN the better made ones really be on par with a
great woofer in a huge box?
