Bob, you are getting slanderous here. If we need to take this to the legal system, we can. Those are clearly opinions. In your opinion. Which you stated as fact. Sorry, you lose. Whether a statement is an opinion or a fact is a matter of fact, not opinion. It's a fact that Bobo's statements are opinions. But if you truly disagree, why don't you explicitly tell us which of his statements are not opinions. Here they are again: 1. trotsky, you are phony and disingenous. 2. Your "company" has no technical standards at all. 3. Indeed, you make a mockery of the high end. Which one (or ones) are the non-opinions? George, you're interesting, but only interesting in the way that peeling off a painful scab is interesting. If the subject line of this thread isn't slander, I don't know what is. But please, if you can tell us more about your credentials as a lawyer, English teacher, or whatever, please do. Do you need to go on a marble hunt? So you can find the rest of yours, you mean? You're on your own on that one. Here's another opinion: rao isn't much of a high horse. There's also another RAO regular who utters incomprehensible nonsequiturs with alarming frequency. That is, we might be alarmed if we didn't already know he's insane. What's your excuse? I'm insane too. I'm in the audio biz, so that's by definition. You lose. Again.™ Lack of response noted. To your plagiarizing weil's characteristic response? What am I supposed to say? Somebody that has respect for the English language and that condones plagiarism has some serious issues to sort through. If you want my advice, you should tear into Bobo for the sugar coating he gave the Krooger Problem. And if you want my advice, you should tear into Bob for being too gutless to show us his products--his screenplays. What does that have to do with audio? You're the one who requested comments from the group. Oh, right, you're the on topic police. How could I have missed that? Here's another suggestion: Cut short all the discussions about the speakers themselves by saying you only wanted comments on the Web site. After all, it's the market of audio consumers who will decide if your speakers are what they want. Predictions and prognostications of market performance are just another form of thought experiment that the 'borgs worship, not much different from their other predictions that your speakers will sound lame. This last bit is well stated, but you have to know I only expected the worst when I posted here. What other choices are there? As it is, I got quite a bit of useful feedback from quite a few contributors, for which I feel lucky. Now I'm just trying to mop the floor with the rest of the turds, mostly just for old time's sake. |
