Not as high as you might think. It depends how experienced a listener
you are. It's funny, because all this talk about manufacturing costs belies what one of the biggest problems is: mass production doesn't allow for a build quality that I personally find sonically acceptable. Interesting response. I'm curious as to what sonic advantages may be provided by cottage industry manufacturing. Careful matching of crossover components and drivers comes to mind, but this may not be it? The choice to use ribbon drivers is certainly neat. |
