Is there anybody in this group, who can tell me if it is possible to
use a serial server to my Orban 8200 ?

You should be able to use a Lantronix or similar serial device server to
allow 8200 PC Remote software to interface to the 8200's serial port
through Ethernet. We have done a similar thing successfully with the
9200 and I don't see why the 8200 would be different.
