Default KRK ST8s Buzz?

I'm sorry i cannot be more specific, it's more a language limitation.
You're absolutely right Mike about my somehow vague definition of the
problem.

I have tested the speakers with pure sine waves from 40Hz to 18kHz
with no problems. The problem only appears at higher volumes (just
loud enough)and with some "piano" -chords- not single notes. I'd say
it's some kind of distortion (intermodulation distortion?) Bass tones
come out superbly clean as well as guitars and drums for instance...
Just a bit confused!

I'll try another amp just to be sure mine isn't playing me dirty.

Regards

Rocco
