I'm sorry i cannot be more specific, it's more a language limitation.
You're absolutely right Mike about my somehow vague definition of the problem. I have tested the speakers with pure sine waves from 40Hz to 18kHz with no problems. The problem only appears at higher volumes (just loud enough)and with some "piano" -chords- not single notes. I'd say it's some kind of distortion (intermodulation distortion?) Bass tones come out superbly clean as well as guitars and drums for instance... Just a bit confused! I'll try another amp just to be sure mine isn't playing me dirty. Regards Rocco |
