Correction, former studio. You are not buying a studio but a house that
was a studio. and that house is not worth that price. It is in a bad
neighborhood and they are hoping to catch an ebay sucker which are
usually known to pay way more than what something is valued.

Take the "virtual tour" and you may even smell the place...it looks like it
might smell like my college dorm room.

I'm sure the fact that a body was found there would have some affect on the
property value. The place actually has one bid on Ebay but I suspect it
might be a shill bid.

If I were the realtor I'd drop it like a hot potato.

Usually houses that people dies in and haven't been cleaned go for peanuts.
I don't think it matters who it was.

....and Grubby-Ellis pulled the auction...not surprisingly. It'll be a
crime scene for a long time to come. What a dump! Of course, it's
near Detroit and hasn't burned down yet, so that's got SOMETHING in
its favor!

Report on WWJ radio today indicated that the deceased, one A.J. Abdullah,
was the owner of the property, and lived in the apartment upstairs over the
studio. Preliminary indications are that robbery may have been the motive.

Maybe advertising the location of thousands of dollars worth of studio
equipment in a bad part of Detroit is not such a good idea after all....

That's was my first thought. The publicity probably sealed his fate.
