1. I haven't heard raves about the M147. What did Neumann do wrong? Does
anyone out there love this mic? Does it sound like a U47? Is it a great mic
in it's own right?

2. I've got the impression that the E47 is pretty close to the original in
sound. Is this true? I see it credited on a number of sessions, recently as
spot mics for string basses in an orchestral film score.

3. Wunder 47: Gee, I haven't heard anything about this one! But Wunder seems
to be getting some praise.

4. The new Tele M47. Ditto no. 3 Their 47 is almost affordable (kinda!) or
at least in comparison to their 251.
