I'm hoping someone here can help me.

I've got an iPod.

I've got a car stereo with a 1/8" aux in.

I've also got a 6' cable connecting the two, when really I'd like to
have a much shorter cable. Due to where my iPod sits, a 8" cable
would do real nice. Also, if at least one of the connectors was at a
90-degree angle it'd be real nice, because it wouldn't stick out so
far.

RadioShack was no help, that's where I got my 6' solution. I've been
searching all over the internet, but haven't come up with anything.

radio shack has do it yourself connection. If you can't find a store
that has them, make them.
