Default DP3, Freemidi, Mac OS9.2 question

Hi all,

I just installed DP3. It came with freemidi setup 1.46 which I installed.
However, the freemidi system extension it installed is 1.45. When I try to
open DP3 it tells me I need to update my system extension to 1.46. I went to
the MOTU website and downloaded freemidi setups 1.47 and 1.48 but the system
extension is still 1.45! And I don't see where to download a later version of
the system extension.

Any clues?

Hmmm, when I downloaded later versions of FreeMidi they installed themselves &
updated the older version automatically. I'd ask MOTU.

Try looking in both the Extensions and the Extensions (Disabled)
folders and see if the proper extension is in one or the other...
Other than that, I'm not sure.

Mark,

I just emailed FreeMIDI System Extension 1.47 and FreeMIDI Power
Plug1.47 to you.

Ideally, you can run DP3.02, FreeMIDI 1.47 and MAS 2.33 under Mac
OS9.2.2.

I have been running this combo for a long time now, and hardly ever
have crashes (at least with my system)

Good luck
