Default Beatles Stuff...

if anyone is interested, i put together a piece using samples from various
Beatles recordings - i'd be glad to send anyone an mp3 to give it a listen -

not at all - there's no rapping over it - the only vocal stuff is from bootlegs

It is not about price, it is about distribution of altered oeuvres, i.e.
about droit morale.

Do your research on options before taking someone else's music and
distributing it regardless of it's intended purpose. You may not make money
on it, but it's not your's to play with NOR distribute in whatever form you
may without legally obtained written permission.

"aren't charging for it or making money on it."

it all he wants...

Don't strip one section out that has a continuance in the following and it
makes sense. Anyone can play with anything they want, but not distribute it
without permission if it's a copyrighted work and you know that's what I
meant. Perhaps you are picking on NOR?
