'cheap' means charging less than makes sense. Usually implying corners being
cut.

Other than that.. a thing costs what it costs, be it recording time, tour
sound rig logistics or what-have-you.

That's why a reality-check line like
"You can have it GOOD, QUICK, CHEAP... Pick 2"
means something.
