I was in Tape Warehouse this week. They sell empty CD spindles for $1
each. I offered and they agreed to take all my empty spindles. Better than throwing them away. |

These days I end up getting spindles that have no spindles----a hundred CDs wrapped in plastic with a dummy on the top and bottom. The fact is, I wish I had not thrown as many spindles away as I had in the past since I often need to have a few around. So don't throw all of them away---you may be happy that you kept a few.
