Default HELP: Horn Tweeter Question

Hope someone can help me out here. I currently have Klipsch Tangent 100
speakers as my front speaker for my HT setup. Recently the horn on one
speaker has been showing a problem. It seems to work intermittently. It will
suddenly be working one moment then it would stop and I tap on the box or
anywhere around it and sound comes back. I checked for any loose wiring and
loose connection but everything seems ok. I then took the horn from the
other speaker which had no problem and hooked it up to the problem speaker
and it did the same thing. This indicates to me that the horn itself might
be ok but I am not sure.
Can this be a crossover problem?
Can a horn tweeter be repaired or refurbished?
Are there and places that can do this repair or do I have to get a
replacement?
Also can crossovers be repaired?

I guess what I am trying to find out is what are my options which will cost
the least amount of money.
I appreciate any help and any advice that is given.
Thank you everyone.

Winston
