Default SubWoofer & Receiver Trip-Out - Fixed

Just a note to say that [surprisingly !] the problem has been tracked down to a faulty jack plug at the sub-woofer end of the sub-woofer to receiver cable ! It was brand new !
No more trip outs when switching sources.
