This may not be the right place for this question, but I'll risk abuse ...
After setting up and tuning my subwoofer, I listened to my standard CD version of "With or Without You" from U2's "The Joshua Tree" and was blown away by how much deep bass content there was and how much different (and better) it sounded. I have a fair number of MFSL recordings in both vinyl and CD and am very curious about how the MFSL version of Joshua Tree sounds. Because it's out of print, copies are running pretty high in price ($200), and I won't even pursue buying one until I know that the bottom end on the MFSL version is significantly better than the one I've got. Any reviews? - Magnusfarce |
