Is there anyone who retips Rega turntable cartridges? I'm looking at
buying
a used Elys for a song, and while I'm assured it's "nearly new," I want to
hedge my bets if possible.

Also, does the Elys mount well on the RB300 arm with only two screws, or
is
the third one necessary?

I've used the Elys with only two screws on a RB250 arm (Rega Planar 2). It
works perfectly fine.
