Default Sugden A28 II Servicing info requested

Does anyone know what the quiescent current should be and whether
there is a specific point in the board that it can be measured.
The simplest way seems to be lifting the individual fuse for the
channel and putting an ampmeter in its place. But, if anyone knows the
correct procedure It would be appreciated.
Thanks.
