I'm looking to buy an Earthworks sro microphone. Would anyone know of
someone that might sell them at a good price(used or new). I live in
Montreal. Would you know of any stores in Canada that sell these mics. Or in
the States for a good price .

I don't think discounting is exactly rampant on Earthworks mics. Mercenary
Audio is a well-known Earthworks dealer.

Mercenary Audio (http://www.mercenary.com/) don't seem to have the
affordable Earthworks model I'm looking for: the Earthworks SRO - which I've
seen go for $289.

Well, call them and ask them, then. This is not a commodity item where
the list price is marked up outrageously. You aren't going to see a huge
difference in dealer prices, so order from someone you can trust.
