Also, although technically not in the 40xx series, the AE 5400 uses a cardioid-only version of the 4050. Yes - this is the replacement for the AT4055/4054 that were previously mentioned. The 4054 was simply a 4055 with a lo-cu introduced. The newer AE5400 is basically the same mic with a switch for lo-cut. Kinda wish I hadn't bought that 4055 now!
