I just read this article and it has me wondering if I have the means to do
this: http://www.harmony-central.com/Featu...r/00index.html The only cadidate mics I have are the royer r121 and studio projects c1. Does anyone think those two would be appropriate for stereo micing or would their characteristics be too different? Is it generally done with two large condensers or two small condensers? thanks, brian |

If you find the "right" place for each mic you can get something interesting. I've done it with a Schoeps cmc641 and a U 89 on acoustic guitar.
