"Rick Hollett"
These treacks were done on a Boss VR-8, so I'm assuming it's a proprietary format and I'm wasting my time, unless I find one of these rigs to do the trasnfer. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I assume you mean the Boss BR-8. Go to http://www.rolandus.com/ and look up info on the unit. There is a PC based waveconvert program for that unit you can download which will let you convert the tracks on song to wav files, but you need a PC, not a mac to do it. On a mac you _might_ have luck with a program called "Soundapp PPC" which is a shareware/freewware format conversion program that works on really a lot of formats. But how you're gonna line up all your tracks, I dunno. Will Miho NY Music & TV Audio Guy Off the Morning Show! & sleepin' In... / Fox News "The large print giveth and the small print taketh away..."
