Using a KP12 panel- 4 channels in use- the LEDs on the channels scramble after the panel is in use for a few hours, i.e., channel names become illegible. Any thoughts? Thanks! If you have two of them, swap the LED boards between the two and see if the problem follows the LED board or not. When you have identified the board, using a soldering iron or hot air tool to heat up components until you can make the problem happen will let you identify the source of the problem if it's a heat-related intermittent. This sort of thing is apt to be noise on a data line... bad capacitors and cold solder joints are some of the more popular sources. --scott -- "C'est un Nagra. C'est suisse, et tres, tres precis." |
