Default What program can convert Real Audio and wma files to mp3 and adaptively normalize volume in a batch?

Thanks Gene E. Bloch for your opinion! I agree with you.
dbpoweramp calls it adaptive normalization.

sounds more that loud by adaptive normalization.

From your posts in this thread, I realize you are using the wrong term
for what you want, which is not going to help you get an answer.

Look at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Audio_level_compression

which says, inter alia,
"Audio level compression, also called dynamic range compression,
compression, or limiting, is a process that manipulates the dynamic
range of an audio signal. Compression is used during sound recording,
live sound reinforcement, and broadcasting to improve the perceived
volume of audio. A compressor is the device used to create
compression."

Perhaps if you used one of these terms you'd be more likely to get
help.
