Are you using a long cable run to the rack unit? this may or may not
make a difference, but I had a similar problem with an Echo 2x8 card
when I tried to use a printer cable to extend from the card in the back
of the computer to the little RCA breakout box. Does this problem
happen when the monitor is off? That turned out to be my problem, the
monitor was aparnetly throwing of RF which was getting picked up by the
printer cable. good luck troubleshooting this sounds like a tough one.
