You might be quite right George, but if that's the truth, it is sad. Over 90% of post secondary students in Canada are internet connected. Their marks can only be viewded online. Maybe Bush can divert a little money from the defense budget for internet for everybody. I guess it would cost a couple of hundred million to get everybody online; if you educate the people they will make more money. I don't think Fox cable news would be into that, especially Bill O'reilly, it be bad for the propoganda. I hope things pick up down there, kevin doyle well if you count public librarys we have 100% saturation of the internet here I am only talking about those that subscribe to their own iSP George |
