Only a creature as deranged as Arnii Kroo**** could claim that
filing a lawsuit is "illegal".

The reality is that if Scott does file his suit and Krooger
doesn't show up, or doesn't retain counsel to show up, he loses
the case and Scott wins a judgment for whatever he claims the
damages are.

After that, it's "Hello, Grosse Pointe District Court", and
Kroo**** will be stuck trying to fend off execution of a judgment
that he failed to contest when he had the chance.






The amazing thing is Arny has been given such an easy way to resolve this. I
look forward to that day when he has to explain to an arbitrator why he chose
not to retract his false accusation that I am a pedophile when he had the
chance to do so at no expense. I wonder if he simply can't help himself. Oh
