Pitch shifter plugin (need some help please)

Hello,

Does anyone know of a "good" (and preferably free

) ) plugin which
transposes from one key to the next, that I can use with cool edit 2000 ? I
know of only one, "pacemaker", and it's exactly what I want but
unfortunately it only works with WinAmp. Please advise.
