We are getting ready to copyright an album and would like to be our own publishers.

1) Can anyone offer a link to somewhere that analyses the pros and cons of this decision?
2) Can anyone offer a link to somewhere that explains what must be done to start a publishing
company?

I am also wondering if we can put a fake name on the form and then start the company IF the
record is a hit.
