I'm looking for a pair of wireless speakers but they have to fit the
following criteria: 1. operate with batteries (do any?). 2. will not interfere with my 900Mhz cordless phone or my 2.4Ghz wireless network. 3. less than $100 do such things exist? will i have to spend over $100 for decent speakers (I don't need anything spectacular, but good enough to run my computers (2 of them), playstation, and TV through the stereo and be happy enough with the sound quality)? I've got a selector switch that I run all the devices through, so that's not a problem. basically, I would like to find out if speakers that fit this criteria exist and where I might be able to purchase them. And some kind of idea that they are 'plug and play' if you will, that I can just plug something into the speaker ports on the back of the stereo and that they will work without much effort (I can build a computer from scratch, but have no real experience with AV equipment, tho I'm willing to experiment). Any advice would be helpful, thanks. |

look on ebay....some people sellin acoustic research (AR) wireless speakers
which are pretty good...just got myself a pair for $60....they are three way and have a good sound, but they run on 900mhz......you'll be hard pressed to find wireless speakers (especially under $100) that don't run on 900 - 2.4 ......i doubt they even exist. go to ebay, search for wireless speakers and you'll see plenty....you'll not be able to find these anywhere cheaper, believe me i tried. Good luck! -- Jonny Durango http://www.soundclick.com/bands/7/ratcitymusic.htm "The man said with a grin, that's not how you lose and I win!" - George Clinton (The Parliamentary Funkadelic) "Ramaal" wrote in message ... Does your phone ever sings ? : "Oh, Angie, Oh Angie, when will those dark clouds disappear Angie, Angie where will it lead us from here With no loving in our souls and no money in our coats You can't say we're satisfied But Angie, Angie, you can't say we never tried" ....So you can buy this wireless speakers. ;-) |
