Im really interested in these preamps, even though if I worked for the
entire year I could only afford one rack, but they still amaze me. Anyone
use one? I heard on and compared to the Neve I couldnt hear a difference. It

It's clearly a boutique item. If it sounds to you like something
similar and less expensive (though Neve EQs aren't chicken feed) then
don't let it worry you that you can't afford the Wunder. And when you
can afford it, consider whether buying a boat might be better for you
in the long run.

As both a boat and studio owner I have unstoppable money leaks on both land and
water.

That being said, I wouldn't give up my boat any sooner than I'd sell
microphones. After a week of darkened, airconditioned studio claustrophobia
sailing is the only cure for me.

My wife says that I should go to meetings "Hi, my name is Gary,

I would find it hard to give up the boat or the studio. We have
half interest in a trawler on the SF Bay. The
wives refer to the flybridge as the Mezzanine....
