I've out grown my current space.

I"m looking to buy a building in Chicago not rent. Something currently
built out for a studio would be much help. Does anyone know any studios
which may have gone out of business in the last couple years where the
building might be for sale? Or current studio space where I can kick
out the tenant :-)
