I got an e-mail from Creamware - Scope 4.0 is "NOW AVAILABLE" for registered
users of SFP 3.1 to upgrade from.

So - I followed their link, logged in to "MY PAGE" on the new site, used 2 of
my Pulsar Cards HW serial #s to "Activate" them.

followed all confirmation e-mails, when I log onto the site it says
"activated" under 2 of my hardware cards listed, but I can't find the
application D/L anywhere.

Clicking on the "Download 4.0" banners and links, provides program information,
and d/l instructions, NONE of which provide an actual URL or download link.

I've registered, and generated a Key for my Master-verb pro, for 4.0 which is
the only downloadable file, showing up on the downloads Page.

I've called the (604) (Vancouver) tech support number, during business hours
on the west coast - 2 weekdays in a row, and e-mailed tech support twice with
no reply, and no answer on the phone.

I used to deal with Paul, at tech support in the Vancouver office, but don't
know if he is still there, since the company was bought out.

Am I missing something obvious ? has anyone actually sucessfully d/l and
updated to 4.0 ???
