X-No-archive: yes I am looking for information on a pair of Cambridge Audio R40s (made in Huntingdon, England). They are towers with dimensions 31"X13"X13". They are in excellent condition. They seem to have KEF drivers: T27 tweeter, B110 mid and B139 woofer. Any information on the company or these speakers in particular would be appreciated (age, quality, original price, design, specs, value on used market). Small B.J. Webb TL design with an enclosed mid (larger models had TL for midrange as well). Discussed in HFNRR in the 70's. Kal |
