Guitar Center has them back in stock. They are currently available as
singles for $99.99, and will soon be available as matched pairs.

AFAIK, the "new" 012s do not have a -10 dB pad, but are otherwise the same
as the old model.

They are still making them.

The national chain was getting them from A&S McKay, a British company.
It's worth asking those guys if they are going to be selling them
elsewhere in the US.
