Ok folks.. who was there, who watched it online, and what did you get?

I know db was there, and I think David Morgan was there too...

Personally, I landed a killer emenee organ, and an HP laserjet. Rock!

This happened... Tuesday. To view what happened check out 'past auctions' on
"bidspotters.com" http://bidspotters.com/auctions/past.php3 the Sorcerer
auction is currently the second listing from the top.

You'll have to register for the bidspotters site to see the results... but it
doesn't require a credit card to register so if you're really curious, there ya
go.

I bid $50,000 on the Air/A&R board...suprise I din't win. I did get 9
AKG k141's cheap and I also got one of the REV7's. I didn't feel that
the prices were very good myself, I thought most of the **** looked
hammered. Those Telefunkens were ****. I don't care if McCartney stuck
it up his ass and had the lyrics for the next Yesterday on a piece of
Toilet paper stuck to the mic..I wouldn't have paid $5000 for any one
of the 47's, 48's or that Norah Jones 49. I was however really hot to
buy the 001 NEVE automation system from AIR studios though just so I
could feel where "god's own hands" had been.

I saw the mics and some preamps on Ebay and it got me interested...
but then I remembered going to see some AKG tube mics they were
selling about 8 years ago. I went to the studio to test the mics and
they were not working. They seemed surprised and that was it.. I just
left. So I decided not to participate based on that experience, though
I'm sure there were good deals to be had.
