Default Drum Samples In Modern Rock

If you turn on your local alt rock station, here in NYC its K-Rock 92.3, how
much of all that music like Godsmack and Blink 182 and Jimmy Eat World and Foo
Fighters, etc.... How much of that stuff would you bet has drum samples added
in, especially snare samples? I've been listening real hard to that stuff and
find the snare sounds way too perfect and consistent on each hit to be real.
Is the whole commercial rock market flooded with drum samples?
