Default shipping policy of music merchandise...

It depends on how strongly you feel about this. You don't really want
to "reject the merchandise", you want to reject THAT merchandise and
get a replacement (which of course costs the seller even more money).
But some are nice and some aren't. Same with customers.

Best policy is not to buy anything mail order that's expensive enough
to ship that you would worry about the cost if you had to pay it
again.
