If you look at the tweeter in the pic that I posted, it's not the same
as the tweeter in the link that you posted. In EVERY picture that
I've looked at online the tweeters are the same as the one in the link
that you provided. So, apparently someone replaced the tweeters. I'm
just trying to figure out what they are. I do have a guy in town with
his own shop that repairs stereo eqt and TVs. I guess I just need to
take it to him to see if he can repair it. I don't want to put much
money into these speakers.

Those don't look like Heil AMT's to me. What you have is little more than an
old pair of kludged speakers that likely had their tweeters blown, and
replaced with some cheap ribbon drivers. Or maybe someone just took them off
and sold them on Ebay. What kind of clever solution do you think the TV
repair guy is going to come up with that doesn't end up costing you a
fortune? I wouldn't even bother. These weren't all that great when new, and
that was many years ago. The most valuable part of the speakers is not
there, and you don't want to invest the funds in replacing it (which is a
smart move, IMO). Sell 'em at your next garage sale.
