Kennedy entered a "guilty" plea in a Court of law for the charge brought
against him. What else should he have done?

He left her to drown to death, not alerting authorities for hours afterwards,
more concerned with saving his political hide.

He's directly responsible for her death and didn't do anything to try to save
her life while there was still time.
